Welcome to Hope Blossoms Boutique where you can find heirloom quality with a modern style. We offer unique made to order personalized newborn hospital hats for both baby boys and baby girls that are a true keepsake of those very special first moments and days. All items are basic keepsake/gift package included unless other wise described ( single non personalized hats do not ship with keepsake packaging) and make shipping directly to your loved ones easy. Gift messages can be included by selecting gift on the cart page and providing the included message.
Most of my listings have multiple design color options available with the ability to select custom colors from the menus. If you want to double check if a color is available or don’t see one you want for that hat style please message me before ordering.
Estimating order dates for need by dates-
Please take into consider the manufacture processing time plus the in transit shipping time with leeway for any postal delays. All postal shipping methods can experience delays due to usps postal volume and weather and high seasonal volume. I can not guarantee delivery dates. I can work with you for the options available for the time frame you are working with.
Processing time ( manufacture processing time):
This is the time it takes to manufacture your product from the order date. Please allow for the maximum time as current order volume effects final ship date. Manufacture processing time frames are listed on individual listings( mobile scroll down to shipping details). Orders with multiple items of differing processing times will have the longest processing time applied for the whole order and combine ship.
Rush orders are available by prior contact and the purchase of Rush processing. Please contact me for a custom rush listing for the hat style you are interested in. Discounts do not apply to rush processing. Availability of rush is dependent on current order volume.
Shipping time:
*** Please expect longer in transit delivery times During December. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Estimated in transit time is for the shipping methods offered and selected. Postal upgrades only apply to postage method and does not alter the manufacture processing time.
Standard- estimated 5-7 days from manufacture processing ship date. Not a delivery date guaranteed method.
Priority upgrade - estimated only 3-4 business days from manufacture processing ship date. Not a guaranteed delivery date method.
Express - 1-3 days and is based on zone to zone destination. Not every recipient address from my location can qualify for 1 day based on usps delivery ability to that zone. Express requires contact and a postal zone check for delivery time frame estimates and a custom order placed with that shipping method and applicable postage included. Not a deliver date guaranteed method. Postage may be refundable if the USPS has not excluded that for seasonal volume.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom/personalized listings- No returns
Purchase of a listing is agreement to listing details, processing time frames and Shipping details.
-Orders process/ship as listed in item details in the listing.
-Your order information is accessible through the confirmation email and your Etsy account.
-Cancelations- 24 hour policy please see the f&q related to order cancelations for details.
-Returns and Exchanges - Other than seller error once shipped custom and personalized items are non refundable and non exchangeable unless specified in a listings.
- Order changes- with approval and prior to construction order selections and name spellings can be submitted for requested changes with confirmation prior to shipping.
Buyer and seller communication
We welcome inquires about our products and processes prior to ordering.
- All communication will be through Etsy messages whenever possible. Any off Etsy communication, such as email requested direct communication will required etsy communication confirmation.
-Custom and Personalized orders- each listing has a default font shown. Alternate font requests require proof review and selection and approval. If no selection is made the default will be used.
- Hope Blossoms Boutique reserves the right to cancel an order do to non communication on orders that require approval to construct or delay shipping as well as for threatening or harassing messages.
When will my order ship?
Processing time frames and shipping time frames are available in each listing detail section and your Etsy order confirmation email and within your Etsy membership order history page. In the event that your order does not show a processing time frame, the listing you purchased will detail that information. You may receive a scheduled to ship notification. Upon the physical item shipping you will receive an Etsy shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Order are transferred to the USPS on the ship date notification date. Acceptance scans do not indicate the mailing date and are a USPS internal processing check scan of the package for standards compliance only and can take place at any point after transfer.
Can I cancel my order?
US Domestic non Eu citizen buyers-
We offer a 24 hour cancelation policy. All orders with the exclusion of expedited Rush processed orders qualify for 24 hour order cancelation. Requests after 24 hours are at our discretion and may be fully or partially refunded based on the amount of the work completed. ( Eu buyers see Eu questions)
To cancel your order-
- Within 24 hours of placing your order, send us a message with the order number and a request to cancel. Your order will be canceled and 100% refunded within 7 days. Depending on how you purchased it can take as long as 7 days for the refund to process back to your account of origin.
Shipping time frame
Each listing will detail the estimated in transit shipping time frame based on the method used to ship your order. Items will ship as listed and ordered.
This estimate is a USPS estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time frame.
The distance you order travels will effect the length of time your package is in transit. Packages may be delayed due to increased package volume, Holidays, weekend hours, weather delays and the USPS operating procedure as well as many other considerations. Please make sure to order with enough time for the manufacture processing and estimated shipping time
*Expedited shipping options are available for purchase at the time the order is placed. Orders will process and ship as listed when ordered. USPS fees apply
Gift Purchases

We offer gift message options.
We included basic gift/keepsake packaging.
Gift Message- This provides a gift packing slip only. ( International orders must include full order details for purchase price. Both the gift message packing slip and an order invoice will be included. )
Gift Wrapping- This is offered seasonally and when selected and paid for at the time of purchase includes upgraded packaging options for the Keepsake Box and Ribbon in Coordinating colors and attached tag.
If it is not available as a purchase option please contact me to accommodate the request and provide you with a secondary listing to purchase.
Canadian Buyers
Please allow for manufacture processing time and in transit shipping time.
Standard postal method is by USPS international First class. USPS International Priority is available during check out.
INTERNATIONAL Canada
Shipping in transit time frames can extend from 10-14 days to 30 days or longer depending on your countries customs processing and local delivery carrier.
CUSTOMS FEES
- Custom duties and fees are enforced by the destination country and assessed to the buyer/recipient.
- I do not know ahead of time if any or what fee amounts may be assessed on the value of the product ordered. I must provide accurate customs forms and can not refund or compensate for customs fees.
Items marked as gift will still contain price information
Returns/refunds
We accept returns of non personalized, non custom, non holiday seasonal items and non sale items in unworn, undamaged original packaging for 100% of product purchase price. Per policy buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping is not refundable.

- Notify us within three days of your intent to return an item.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. Items received back after 30 days from delivery will be refunded minus a 20 percent restocking fee.
- We suggest shipping with tracking and insurance for your benefit in case of loss/damage to the item. In cases where items are damaged/lost in route we can not refund.
Delayed/lost package
***Please order with plenty of time for processing, shipping and possible delays.
Shipping time frames are USPS estimates. Package delays can be experienced due to USPS volume, season delays and weather that causes items to be rerouted.
We strive to stay on top of where our packages are until delivery.
Delays can take from a day or two to longer. We will do everything we can to work with you and the USPS to make sure that your item arrives in a timely fashion. If we determine a package is lost and we opt to resend the order in the event that the first order arrives simply refuse delivery of the order to have it sent back to us or mark return to sender.
We do not make any guarantees on a set delivery time frame.
EU citizen Buyers

Personalized/custom orders are non refundable.
Cancelations- order cancelation options expires 14 days after delivery date.
Returns- return notice must be provided prior to the 14 day after delivery expiration date and prior to the package being shipped back. Proof of postage for return postage from the buyer to the provided return address must be provided in order for a refund to be issued. If unavailable Hope Blossoms Boutique reserves the right under EU directives to hold the refund until receipt. Notice must be received within 3 days of delivery and the order shipped back within the 14 day period. Buyers are responsible for wear and tear.
Forced returns. Items not picked up from customs will require reshipment
